Performance Manager

We are seeking a Performance Manager to join our Growth & Sales team in the Sales & Marketing unit. In this role, you will be responsible for creating strategies that maximize acquisition and retention performance. You’ll manage and optimize our sales and marketing budgets to ensure efficiency and impact. Your work will include operating and developing ongoing acquisition and retention activities across digital channels such as programmatic, social media, online video, and search engine advertising. This means planning, purchasing, tracking, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns, as well as monitoring Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and channel performance. In addition, you will contribute to various digital marketing development projects that shape our future capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute strategies that maximize acquisition and retention performance.
• Manage and optimize sales and marketing budgets to ensure efficiency and impact.
• Plan, purchase, track, optimize, and report on campaigns across programmatic, social media, online video, and search engine advertising.
• Monitor Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and channel performance.
• Contribute to digital marketing development projects.
