Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough psychological assessments via video or phone to identify client needs.
  • Deliver one-on-one coaching to provide guidance, advice, and targeted short-term interventions.
  • Develop and implement action plans to help clients build confidence and improve self-management of mental well-being.
  • Maintain accurate, concise records in compliance with professional and organizational guidelines.
  • Collaborate with international operations, mental health leads, and customer service teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Identify and refer clients for additional resources or services as needed.

Qualifications

Education : A degree in Psychology or specialization in Mental Health Nursing.

Experience : 1-2 years managing client caseloads and addressing diverse mental health concerns.

Skills :

  • Strong verbal and written communication in English.
  • Comfort with telehealth platforms and technology.
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to professional guidelines.
  • Passion for mental health and a client-focused approach to care.
