We are looking for a UX Engineer to turn great designs into elegant and well-executed digital products and services that make a difference.

We’re part of the North Alliance, a network of 26 agencies and 1,200+ creatives across the Nordics and Europe. In addition to enabling smooth collaboration across agencies, NoA offers a popular mentoring program to support its employees’ growth.

Now, as our team is growing, we need a creative and skilled UX Engineer who’s ready to take on the challenge of building modern digital services.

What We’re Looking For :

• Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Solid understanding of fundamentals of inclusive user experience : accessibility, usability, and other relevant -bilities
• Experience with modern web development technologies and tooling
• Ability to write simple, clean, and maintainable code
• Experience with Design Systems and associated component libraries
• Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating with backend developers and other front-end colleagues to deliver well-rounded software
• Problem-solving skills and a knack for creative and innovative thinking
• Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
• Readiness to join us regularly at the office either in Helsinki or Oulu.
