Head of R2R and Business Controlling

Position Summary

• The Head of KBS Record to Report and Business Controlling drives the KONE Business Services R2R scope, performance, and value contribution towards the KONE Financial Controlling vision. This role leads KBS R2R operations in a matrix setup, ensuring efficiency, timeliness, quality of financial reporting, and user experience, especially during time critical activities such as Period End Closing. For R2R operations in the KBS Areas this role defines the operating frame in terms of global process design, controls, compliance, KPI design etc.
• The position is also directly responsible for deploying the R2R development pipeline (co-designed with the R2R Global Process Owner), ensuring continuous improvement, and strengthening team capabilities to meet both internal and external financial standards, compliance, and internal controls. The role collaborates closely with KONE Financial Controlling and Business Controlling leadership (Global and Area) to design and implement future-proof operating models and lead subsequent transformation initiatives.
• The Head of KBS R2R is a key member in the global KONE Business Services leadership team driving KONE’s scalable productivity powerhouse and contributing to making KONE the easiest company to work for. This role collaborates with the KBS Area leadership in ensuring best possible business partnering with KONE Areas unit Frontlines / Units.
