The Job

Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for e-commerce and software delivery? We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Project Manager to lead our e-com projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while collaborating with cross-functional and distributed teams. You will play a key role in strategic planning, risk management, and aligning project goals with business objectives. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.

About You

You are a structured and dedicated professional with a strong understanding of software delivery and project management. You thrive in a role with direct customer interaction and are used to working independently and result-oriented. Additionally, you have a natural ability to motivate teams and ensure progress in complex projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience with software delivery projects, preferably in e-commerce.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Project Manager or Scrum Master role.
• Strong knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with MS Dynamics Business Central is an advantage.
• Expertise in roadmap planning and aligning projects with business goals.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Finnish , both spoken and written.
• Experience working with distributed teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
