IT System Administrator (m / f / d)

Oberkirch, permanent, 35h

Your tasks

• User support at 1st and 2nd level
• Receiving and processing inquiries and faults by telephone and in the ticket system
• Administration M365 incl. Win10 and Win11 clients as well as mobile devices in Mobile Device Management (inTune)
• New installations of hardware and software
• Collaboration in the design and implementation of authorization concepts
• Collaboration on new projects in the area of system administration
