Recoil Games - Gameplay / AI Programmer

We are looking for a gameplay / AI programmer for our ambitious next-gen project Earth No More.Duties and responsibilities : You will participate in the implementation of the gameplay, AI technology and tools. Also, you will co-operate with designers, artists and other programmers to achieve a great gameplay experience.You will guide designers in the proper use of the gameplay / AI technology and actively seek places for improvement.Requirements : 2+ years of commercial game development experienceHighly proficient in C++ and object-oriented designComfortable in working with an established code frameworkGood interpersonal skillsGood verbal & written communication skills in EnglishStrong desire and drive to develop cutting edge AAA titlesExcellent team playerAbility to work efficiently and with diplomacy under pressureAbility to communicate actively and fluidly with design and art departmentsAbility to write robust, efficient and maintainable codeAssets : Experience in game development with Unreal EngineExperience in developing on next-gen consoles (Xbox 360, PS3)Passion for developing and playing video gamesPassion for 1st or 3rd person action-adventure gamesPersonal game projects in related fieldsBachelors degree in software engineeringWe offer : High profile projectParticipation in the company's bonus system5 weeks of annual vacation (in addition to 10-12 public holidays)Relocation packageExperienced and relaxed yet ambitious work atmosphereA country with one of the highest standards of living and social securityThis is a full-time job, situated in Helsinki, Finland.
