For a project of our client, a renowned company from the public sector, we are looking for reinforcement - at the earliest possible date.
Your tasks
Operation and administration of a heterogeneous IT infrastructure in the data center environment
Configuration, operation and troubleshooting of servers (Windows Server, SLES, Micro Focus OES 2018)
Support of client systems (Windows10 / 10)
Network operation and error analysis (focus : Cisco, F5, Genoa)
Administration of Microsoft Exchange and Citrix environments
Operation of web-based applications in security-critical infrastructures
Support and error analysis of antivirus solutions
Installation, configuration and analysis of server hardware (HPE)
User support (1st / 2nd level, by telephone & remotely)
Maintenance of IT documentation
Collaboration on smaller IT projects
Your profile
Completed training in the IT sector, as an IT specialist in system integration, IT system electronics technician or a comparable qualification
Confident, service-oriented demeanor even in demanding situations
In-depth experience with Windows Server, Windows 10 / 11, Active Directory, Exchange
Sound knowledge of networking (Cisco), incl. Citrix and F5
Experience with SUSE Linux Enterprise Server desirable
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard hardware components
Structured and independent way of working
Very good knowledge of German
