IT application consultant (m / f / d)

We are looking for a committed individual to join our team as an IT application consultant (m / f / d) as soon as possible.

Your tasks

Analysis, planning and implementation of business process requirements in the applications
Implementation of introduction, release and migration projects for IT applications
Analysis, planning and implementation of application and machine interfaces
Planning and implementation of user training
User support

Your profile

You have completed vocational training in a relevant field with professional experience.

You have very good database skills, ideally MS SQL as well as knowledge and experience with standard software (Google, MS Windows, MS Office, Matrix42, VMWare).

Ideally, you have sound knowledge and practical experience of working with ITSM systems

You have a high level of conceptual thinking and acting as well as a good understanding of processes, a reliable and independent way of working.

The ability to work in a team and written and spoken English round off your profile.

A certain willingness to travel to other Mercer locations is a given.
