We are looking for a Senior BI Analyst with solid business understanding to join our global renewal sales team. Your primary responsibility will be analyzing data and building insights that inform key business decisions and support our data and reporting needs. In this role, you will collaborate with the global renewal sales team and other BI analysts to conduct in-depth analyses, uncover opportunities, and drive strategic data initiatives. You will
- Identify and define data needs for renewal sales management team, creating analyses and dashboards to support data-informed decision-making.
- Contribute to business forecasting, planning, and regular reporting for senior leadership by delivering actionable insights.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions and support ongoing strategic initiatives.
- Enhance the quality and performance of data systems, including the Salesforce CRM, to ensure clean, accessible data.
- Work with the company data warehouse to create data structures that allow scalable analysis.
- Drive data-focused projects to optimize business intelligence tools and reporting processes.
- Champion a data-driven culture by promoting best practices for data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
About you
Minimum 5 years of experience as a BI Analyst or in a similar data-focused role within a dynamic environment.Understanding of sales, renewal sales or software license business in general.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL, and advanced MS Excel skills.Proficiency in analytics data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Snowflake) and experience of optimizing these for BI tool useExperience of leading and directing BI analysis projects with both internal and external resources.Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools, with a strong interest in data management and quality.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.Ability to understand business processes and data dependencies, connecting insights across functions.Self-starter with a proactive approach to managing projects and resolving data issues.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.Fluency in English.What We Offer
