Scrum Master (m / f / d)

What you can expect :

Managing and coaching agile teams in order to continuously develop them further
Creating a productive working environment
Optimization of cross-team processes, systematic conflict management and solution-oriented escalation where necessary
Supporting the teams in preparing roadmaps
Management of cross-team topics (projects)

What you bring to the table :

Experience in the practical implementation and introduction of agile methods

Background in software development an advantage

High methodical competence in an agile environment

Certifications (Scrum.org or comparable) an advantage

High sense of responsibility

Very good communication skills

Successfully completed studies are an advantage
