to lead Transparency customer value development in 24 / 7 Connected Services at Espoo / Hyvinkää Finland.
What is our challenge for you?
We have connected hundreds of thousands customer elevators and escalators into our intelligent KONE 24 / 7 Connected Services and scaling rapidly. Our total equipment maintenance portfolio is close to 1.5M units. Service gathers in real-time data from equipment and utilizes all other relevant data from our various data sources to predict and prevent the upcoming equipment failures. We want that we can identify and fix the problems even before they are visible for customers and end-users. One of our customer values is Transparency – it means we want to continuously communicate the value generated to customers in various channels and with great User Experience. Keeping the customer in the know of the equipment condition and status, as well as clearly proofing the value for customers in all channels is a continuously evolving challenge we want to continue solving.

To succeed in this role :
You have strong digital product management experience and proof in an international environment
You have solid agile leadership skills and proof on leading making iconic customer facing products
You have strong digital acumen and knowledge of key digital technologies (cloud, data, analytics, UX / UI, APIs and digital services) emphasis being on User Experience and customer value communication
You possess strong business mind and capability to quantify customer value and business benefits for R&D-efforts
You are data-savvy and KPI driven, you use data, data analysis and related tools (e.g. Qlik) in your daily decision making
You are an inspiring communicator
You have great collaboration skills across R&D and business stakeholders being able to cut through organizational boundaries and complexities
The desired candidate will have :
Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated digital product leadership experience with proven track record of success stories
Demonstrated skills of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
Agile leadership experience in practice
Background in high-tech companies working with UI / UX, customer channels, data, analytics and AI on a daily basis
Concrete proof with results on leading the development of data-driven products
Experience in working in international multisite environment with high performing technology business
Proven ability to engage with developers, designers, and company leaders in an inspiring, constructive and collaborative relationship
Proven experience on leading and scaling successfully digital analytics driven, customer-facing products in global scale
