We are currently looking to recruit an Inside Sales Representative to join our highly successful

Nordics & Baltics team. This role is remote based covering Finland & Baltic countries . The successful candidate will deliver on objectives, including sales, market intelligence, new business & market / segment identification and alignment with overall Regional & Global Objectives.

Reporting to the Division Manager for the Nordics & Baltics region and liaising with relevant

employees in the areas of Sales & Marketing, Product Management and Technical Services you will be responsible for maximizing sales of Neogen products to defined customers in the assigned territory primarily through the use of telephone, video conferencing (eg Teams) and electronic correspondence.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Be responsible for the first level of customer contact, covering all support needed
  • Define new markets, new business & market / segment intelligence
  • Responsible for sales growth in the defined area
  • Supporting the overall Nordics & Baltics region sales as well the Neogen objectives.
  • Extensive use of CRM providing updated and accurate information.
  • Setting up for the territory, budgets, obtaining forecasts, preparing reports as required.
  • Market research follow up on mailings.
  • Liaise with the key account manager & technical service manager where customer field visits are required.
  • Limited travel may be necessary on occasion and may include trade shows and visits to team meeting or trainings.

About you :

  • Previous sales experience in inside sales and secondary in the food business or food related sales is desirable.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written skills essential). Finish language fluency is essential and English secondary.
  • Must be highly motivated, drive with excellent organisational skills and be able to work as part of a team, as well as own initiative. (remotely)
