Cloud Native DevOps Engineer (m / f / d)

Join our team in the Social Security business area full-time in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr area - and get ahead with the market leader for municipal IT solutions!

This will be your job...

We work with a challenging tech stack and involve you in the topic of operations in an agile process right from the development stage
You take care of the build process as well as the support and technical advice of the developers
Your team's CI / CD pipeline automates as many development processes as possible
You and the team take care of providing the infrastructure for the product (DMS, monitoring, logging, databases, etc.)
You maintain contact with suppliers, data centers and municipal operators

This is what we want...

You have a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification

You already have several years of professional experience in the operation of distributed software

Ideally, you have in-depth knowledge of Linux and Docker and all the other things you need : Git, Jenkins etc.

Ideally, you also have a good pinch of container management know-how (Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc.)

You have initial knowledge of IT security and monitoring, alerting, etc.

Above all : an awareness that your knowledge has a relatively short half-life and that you need to constantly refresh your knowledge
