Your profile & your talents :

  • Technical training in your pocket : You have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification with basic knowledge of electrical engineering
  • Up-to-date tech skills : You have an affinity for or already have experience with server infrastructures, network topologies, cloud technologies, IT security and larger database systems (PostgreSQL / MySQL / MS-SQL) - and are ready to expand your knowledge further
  • Standards are familiar territory for you : the IT security standard IEC 62443 is not new territory for you
  • Customer orientation : You are service-oriented and enjoy working with customers
  • Quick comprehension : you don't shy away from complex issues and find efficient solutions
  • Independence and responsibility : You are comfortable working independently; you value the freedom to organize your own tasks
  • Foreign languages in practice : You speak good English and / or French (at least B2) and are open to business trips if required
  • Team player : you have good communication skills, enjoy working in a team, are helpful and encourage collaboration

Your tasks :

  • Shaping the future together with us : Together with our team, you will successfully develop innovative software products to market maturity and support the migration of databases
  • Remote support : you are a technical consultant and problem solver for our German and international customers and provide them with advice and support during the commissioning and use of our products by phone, email, remote maintenance or on site
  • On-premise installations : you put our powerful WebPQ database system software into operation in combination with our power quality measuring devices and ensure a smooth start
  • Contribute to quality assurance : You will contribute your expertise to the release processes of our software components, maintain the Proxmox server environment and thus contribute to continuous improvement
