IT Support Specialist (m / f / d)

These are your tasks

  • Strengthening the ZVID team
  • Management of the IT organization in the area of software and hardware in coordination and cooperation with the higher-level Group IT
  • Supporting the subsidiaries in the implementation and servicing of hardware and software solutions
  • Management of software packages and checking of invoices in the IT area (hardware, services, licenses)
  • Further development of digitalization projects and optimization of existing processes
  • Supporting the respective specialist departments in onboarding and offboarding employees

What you bring with you

  • Successfully completed training or studies in the IT sector (or comparable qualification)
  • Sound commercial knowledge and a good understanding of business contexts
  • Knowledge of common operating systems and network technologies
  • Confident knowledge of English
  • Interest in the development of digital solutions
  • Willingness to travel on business
