Job Description

  • Analyze the development and understand the nature of the Electric Vehicle Charging Systems market eco-system including both public, and fleet segments
  • Construct in accordance with your analysis business development strategies and sales plans
  • Identify and report business opportunities in the targeted segments : EV OEM, Utility, Charging Point Operator, Fleets
  • Maintain and further develop strong relationships with established key customers in region by acting as key account manager
  • Coordinate and manage technical and commercial bid preparation for focused key accounts
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Pipeline project management
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue as defined by the business leadership
  • Represent Delta during conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events in the Nordics
  • Interact with management across Delta organization

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years technical sales experience with Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions or Battery Energy Storage solutions, working with OEM’s and / or Fleets is a plus
  • Excellent understanding of the sales, business development and account management processes
  • Technical knowledge of Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions, Power Conditioning System, and Battery Energy Storage system
  • Excellent English and Finnish or Swedish communications skills
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Strong legal understanding of contracts and ability to negotiate
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
