We are on the hunt for a dynamic and passionate Business Continuity Manager to join our Euroclear Finland Cyber and Business Resilience Team in Helsinki for a full-time, permanent role.

As a Business Continuity Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of safeguarding our operations, leading annual business continuity planning, and spearheading impactful development initiatives.

As a member of the Cyber and Business Resilience team you will report to Chief Information Security Officer of Euroclear Finland, Harri Bryk. Join our collaborative and forward-thinking team and make a difference!

Your responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Cyber and Business Resilience Team in an established role. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in business resilience and be committed to developing and improving our processes.

In this role, you will

  • Manage the yearly business resilience roadmap, including threat assessment and continuity planning.
  • Develop and implement the business resilience framework.
  • Coordinate and participate in business continuity exercises with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update business continuity policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure they are current and effective.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure all business continuity plans are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to staff to ensure they understand their roles in the business continuity process.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–5 years of experience in business continuity planning
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced international, multicultural environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Team player with effective communication and ownership qualities
  • Organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze and assess risks and their potential impact on business operations
  • Knowledge of cyber and physical security is a plus
  • Proficient in English and Finnish (written, verbal, presentation).
