Position

Parfums Christian Dior Nordics is looking for a part-time (22,5H / week) BEAUTY CONSULTANT based in Stockmann Helsinki, Finland .

Reporting to the Counter Manager, our Beauty Consultant is the Dior Ambassador.

As a member of the Dior team, you will represent the Brand values and passion to our customers and always demonstrate a Dior attitude. The main objective will be to achieve sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing the highest standard of service to customers.

The Beauty Consultant is a brand ambassador, focused on driving sales through exceptional service both in-store and remotely. This role requires mastery in product knowledge, client relationship management, and operational efficiency to provide a luxury experience that aligns with Dior's standards.

Job responsibilities

Sales Performance & Customer Service

  • Sell Dior products by meeting our clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through high standard of service to clients throughout the whole sales process, following the brand D.I.O.R. method.
  • Master Brand, Category and Competition Knowledge

Client Experience

  • Develope durable relationships with existing clients in store
  • Engage new clients to the brand, through genuine human interaction
  • Register clients’ data in the dedicated system and ensure reachability.

    • Counter Operations

  • Know and apply merchandising guidelines
  • Regularly monitor stock levels to ensure appropriate levels
  • Carry out all assigned operational and administrative tasks
  • Maintain good relationships with retailers
  • Respect corporate & counter rules (attendance, punctuality…) and Dior grooming guidelines

  • Ability to lead, motivate, coach and develop yourself
  • Focused and business oriented
  • Charismatic and persuasive salesperson
  • Good cosmetic know-how and good make-up skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Good oral and written English skills. Finnish language is mandatory
