Professional Services Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance in software deployments, upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting, system pre-planning
• Provide software and database expertise to customer and VAR project resources
• Provide cybersecurity system hardening, recommendations on system design, pre-planning and implementations
• Deploy, test, and demonstrate in a pilot environment : Products and engineering projects for customer determination of future purchase.
• Provide high level manufacturer product expertise and recommend the best products against customers’ requirements
• Ensure a good and professional communication flow with LenelS2 Technical teams over the phone and via e-mail
• Site & customer visits for product related activities (up to 30% - 50% )
