These are your main areas of activity

You will be responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of our hardware and software solutions
Analyze technical problems and ensure fast, effective solutions
Continuously monitor and optimize the IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations
Assist our employees with technical issues and provide solution-oriented support
You will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of networks, servers and other IT systems
Work closely with other departments to successfully implement IT projects
Document and update IT processes and policies to ensure the level of knowledge within the team

What you bring with you

You have completed training in the IT sector or have a comparable qualification

You master technical challenges with a structured and solution-oriented approach

Experience in IT support or system administration is an advantage

You communicate clearly and comprehensibly and are service-oriented

You are a team player and enjoy working with different departments

Ideally, you have knowledge of network technologies, operating systems and server administration

Initiative and a sense of responsibility round off your profile
