People & Culture Operations Manager

We are now looking for a People & Culture Operations Manager for our client on a -month fixed-term contract. The role is located in Finland, but you will be supporting People & Culture Operations also in other Nordic countries.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing HR processes and initiatives in Finland. You will ensure that the employees and clients will receive support at every step of their employee and client journeys. You will also support the company’s Talent Acquisition team in delivering successful recruitment processes.

This role gives you the opportunity to influence both daily operational activities as well as long-term strategic initiatives. You will be a key person in driving the company towards even more effective and data-driven HR work.

You will be part of a small but mighty Nordic team and report to the company’s Nordic General Manager.

Main responsibilities

• Delivering consistent, high-quality HR operations that support every stage of the employee lifecycle with efficiency and care.
• Providing high-quality support to the company's Finnish employees and clients and ensuring seamless collaboration with them.
• Offering both strategic and operational support to company's managers, employees and clients.
• Supporting the talent acquisition team to attract and onboard top talent.
• Ensuring compliance with Finnish labor laws and workplace regulations and promoting healthy work environment.
• Leading continuous improvement efforts that enhance efficiency and elevate the employee experience, always aligned with business goals.
• Following up and analyzing key HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
