Qualifications

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 6 months to 5 years of experience in software development
• Strong skills in Java EE, React, Oracle, and Maven
• Understanding of agile methodologies and modern DevOps workflows
• Familiarity with CI / CD practices and collaborative tools like Jira and Confluence
• Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code
• Problem-solving mindset, analytical thinking, and eagerness to learn
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Experience in industrial automation or secure software development is a bonus
• Availability to travel is considered as a benefit
