In order to continue its rapid growth in B2B channel, we’re looking for a Sales Manager in charge of Finnish value-added distributors (VAD).ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and expand strong relationships with strategic partners in the Finnish market, including Value-Added Distributors (VADs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), System Integrators (SIs), Installers, and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).Drive sales and promotion of ZTE products in B2B channels, especially in the enterprise networking and electrical segments.Work closely with VADs and internal teams to identify business growth opportunities and support partner development.Work alongside technical teams to provide pre-sales support, including technical communication, solution presentations, and product demonstrations.Coordinate certifications, product testing, and onboarding processes required by customers, in alignment with internal and external stakeholders.Conduct competition analysis and provide market intelligence to support strategic planning.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or related fields, with 3–5 years in sales or business development in IT / Telecom, preferably involving VADs or channel partners.Strong technical background in Fixed Broadband (FBB), Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), Wi-Fi, and home networking, plus good knowledge of Nordic IT / telecom market players.Fluent in Finnish and English, with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Self-motivated and adaptable, able to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to build and maintain effective partnerships within the Nordic channel ecosystem.The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
